We want to disrupt the Education Industry by teaching the TRUE skills a student needs to face and navigate the challenges of the Real World.
STUDENTS: You will soon be making many FIRST DECISIONS with very little experience or the skills to do so. Are you ready to succeed at your first job, first loan, first house, reading a Credit Report, being a trusted partner at work, your first spouse, first child, etc? Science, History, Math and other school courses are great. But alone, they DO NOT prepare you for the tough challenges ahead.
ADULTS: you know, you graduated from school without these skills and had to face those same challenges. And as you know, many times those setbacks were devastating.
There is a better way! We prepare and equip students of ALL AGES with the skills that are truly required to succeed in Career and Life. These skills are not “instead of” the typical school course, but as a “companion to” your learning. The difference is, our skills bring together THE WHY you are learning, so that you can know, understand, and learn how to apply them in your life Right Now!

Who Likes a Good Horror Movie?
Picture a horror movie where a group of friends enter a dark and scary house. The one girl, let’s call her Janie, hears a noise in the basement and says, “Oh I will go check it out”. She goes off on her own and of course it is dark and dreary in the basement and the light switch Does Not Work! You wonder: Doesn’t she know better than to go off on her own? Why didn’t she take a flashlight? What was she thinking? And then the monster, or the alien, or the murderer jumps out and attacks her. Then the friends all say, “Has anyone seen Janie”?
It was easy to see that Janie was headed for a BAD situation. The story is similar in real life, when it comes to our career and life choices. Why do we offer so little training before our loved ones go off On Their Own to face the pending danger of thriving in a job, marriage, and more? What training prepared you to thrive in your career, in your marriage, getting your first loan, handling a tough conversation with your manager, and more? The answer is Almost None. We are playing that same part in our own Horror Movie!
The lack of training can lead you down numerous wrong paths, such as loss of job and income, a failed marriage, a poor choice on housing or loans, moving back in with Mom and Dad, single parenting, and more. Our goal is to shine a light on the Missing Skills and train people early on. We don’t want people to wait until they need the skill to start learning the skill. We strive to prepare you for What Is Next, so that you don’t end up starring in your Own Horror Story!
